Abstract

Digitalization affects all new areas of life and brings changes to numerous professions. Perhaps, in the near future, robots, namely chatbots, will be engaged in the selection of employees of all categories. It is the recruitment that represents today one of the most interesting and promising areas for automation. The chatbot is able to conduct an online dialogue using text or voice messages. Many modern companies implement them in their corporate resources, such as social networks, websites, messengers, and maintain their competitive advantage, as they stay in touch with their potential customers and candidates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Such chatbots become real assistants for HR
specialists, they help to build communications with job seekers, perform many laborintensive and resource-intensive tasks. The article shows the features of using neural networks and machine learning to create chatbots and the advantages of using them in recruitment. The TOP-10 world software products for hiring employees (according to the data of 2019) are presented, the spectrum of tasks they solve is described. Examples of some of the recruiting platform solutions most frequently used by Russian companies are given.
